In this conference, we will accept research-in-progress and completed research.

For research-in-progress, authors are invited to submit extended abstracts on ICT4AD’s EasyChair system that clearly articulate the research question, methodology, findings, and implications for theory and practice. Extended abstracts should provide a comprehensive overview of the work, highlighting its relevance to the conference themes. They should be at least three pages and no more than five pages, including the references, with an overall word limit of 2,000 words.

For full papers, authors are invited to submit original, unpublished papers on ICT4AD’s EasyChair system that are not under consideration in any other conference or journal. Submissions should clearly articulate the challenge addressed, the approach taken, the findings, and their implications for research and practice. All papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process assessing their originality, quality, and relevance to the theme of the call. The paper should not be more than 15 pages using the template provided, including the references and appendixes.
